The health process domains of the eHAMM comprise the services delivered across the healthcare continuum. The processes generally involve patients seeking and accessing healthcare services and providers offering services.

ISO TR 14639-2 describes eHealth Maturity Models for the following types of services:

Community-based, primary care, public health, disease surveillance
Hospital/institutional, emergency response, diagnostic
Pharmacy, healthcare supply chain, human resources, health finance and insurance
Vital records collection and management, environmental monitoring Knowledge management and eLearning, health system planningmonitoring and evaluation.
